I have expected to be bashed by submiting a stupid stamp like this...but before you are going to stay anything, please bear in mind I just make this for fun :XD: I don't even mean it seriously and the "Freak me out" part is purely for entertaining purpose :XD:

By saying, "I'm not a fan of anime BIG eyes", I mean, "Anime BIG eyes...? Well, I don't bother, they are just there......" instead of how people used to bash it like,"OMG ANIME SUX!!!111"

Please don't get the wrong idea.

I used to find anime eyes fascinating when I was younger; I don't find them as beautiful as I used to think, but they are okay for me. Although I'm not the fan of such style, I don't hate it; I just don't like it as much as the more realistic one, meaning the shape of the eyes are more smaller and similar to the real shape.

Besides, I drew anime eyes as well, so fair? :XD: I have been working on towards the more real-life shape of eyes, though.

I'm not exactly a big fan of OLD yet still trying to be innocent girl. I mean, eh, I drew chibi/loli with big eyes occasionally, but I don't draw them ON girls with matured woman body, if you get what I mean. It is just so messed up.

Well, I'm targeting to eyes which are too japanese anime-like, pupil too big...as long as they are too big until they become disturbing :XD:

It is definitely fine if you try anime style, because no matter which style you are trying to mimic, it would still has your own element in it; as long as when people look at your drawings they are able to tell, "Oh, this drawing has your style." I can see many drawings which are brilliantly drawn, but they are too alike with the stereotypical japanese anime style until I couldn't find anything that let me know it is their style, which is rather sad.

Japanese anime is definitely a style of drawing; it might be the easiest style to learn, but hard to develop your own, unique style.

Anyway, enough talking...you are free to have your own thoughts and disagree with me, but please refrain from flaming and persuading me to think otherwise because I'm not trying to offend anyone at the first place anyway.

And of course, that anime eye in the stamp is not drawn by me

i dislike when girls have big eyes because they look weak, in my case blewwi have bug eyes because he is a baby. by the way nice stamp

Definitely xD Most babies have bigger eyes, as well as chibi characters, so it is definitely fine ^^

Big anime eyes style are okay, but when their pupil becomes too big(almost covering the whole eyes, leaving no gap to other spaces in eyes), it makes them look as if they are about to cry D:

I agree. The big anime eyes I see all the time are seriously irritating, I mean, some people can make them look good, but now everyone draws them? Yuck.

I make a point to not draw ginormous eyes. Yay correct proportions!

Anime's the only style I CAN draw at the moment...

But I'm proud to say I never did get the hang of big eyes--I prefer modestly-sized ones ^_^
