Regardless of what kind of differences we are having, we should accept and tolarate each others. I have a little opinion to share here:
I was thinking about some religion issues lately, especially about atheist and extreme (religion)believers. I believe these people are the one who argue with each others most of the time. Very sad to say this, but none of them are actually right.
To make it clear, I'm partially Atheist and Buddist, in a way to put this, I'm not a pious follower of Buddism, but I do wish to know more about this religion one day.
For extreme religion believers, not many people can tolerate you guys for shoving your religion views on their face. Not matter which religion you think is the absolute truth, all religions STILL EXIST AT THE SAME TIME LIKE BROTHERS AND SISTERS, which is a fact. As long as what they do DO NOT interfere with your life, respect them. Don't go around telling people how bad is the other religions are and how evil they are. They have their reasons in their belief, so do you.
For atheists, religion is something for other people to keep their mind strong and go further in life. Yeah, it maybe just a bullshit imaginative faith with no evidence proves it is valid, but if it helps the people, leave them be! You don't have to be like them! We are just human; not everyone is as strong-hearted as you people who can do well without a "background supporter". You call people with religion for being weak because they put their trust on something imaginative, but many of them did go through a lot of hardship in life that nobody else can understand, and religion managed to keep them going and even healed them. If you are calling these people weaklings, you are either have a really, really strong heart, or sorry and no offence, you are a lucky spoilt brat who never go though any difficulties in life. If you don't believe in God, so be it, don't cut down the belief of other people towards their religion. You DON'T understand how important religion is to their life.
In a nut shell, it doesn't give us any benefit to argue about whether God really exists or not. Why don't we use the energy to do something that is more realistic? Alright, assume you have finally obtained the REAL truth from either one of the party, but will it be helpful? If this TRUTH have to be obtained through fightings and wars, I rather be an ignorant fool for the rest of my life.
Oh and, believing in a certain religion doesn't make someone in the stereotypical (bad)way of the religion. One of my friend is a Catholic people and she is one of the nicest and most easy-going friends I ever have. I know some religions have bad reputation because of war and abusive"divine" command, but a few amount of people don't make the rest of them bad. Those who abused the name of religion and went to the extreme way DO NOT have the right to claim themselves as certain religion believers. I strongly believe none of the God/gods in your religion actually like it if you fight for them for such stupid reason. And they dislike it MORE if you abused their words for your own selfishness. Again, not offence to anyone.
As in race and culture, we should be aware that all of us are living in different family, background and even countries. Some people's culture may appear unreasonable to the others, but as long as it is not something bad, leave them be. They have reasons for their cultures and stuff, after all. Why do we have to change each other desperately to meet our OWN standard?
I guess I'm glad to live in Malaysia; it is very interesting to know people from different culture and religions because you get to see other things in different point of views. So I don't get the point why some people can get frustrated when the others are different from them.
Come on, no matter how different we are, we are still human, so let's shake hands and be friends!
Again, I mean no offence to anyone. You are free to have a different opinion than mine, but please refrain from flaming or arguing about this issue. I'd most probably ignore you if you are not even making any sense.
Thank you for reading.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
